Yoga Retreat in Meteora, Greece. 19th-23rd June 2026.

Experience deep relaxation and inner transformation in the breathtaking landscape of Meteora, one of the most spiritual and awe-inspiring places in Greece. Surrounded by towering rock formations and ancient monasteries, this yoga retreat invites you to reconnect with yourself through daily yoga, meditation, and mindful exploration.

Each day begins with yoga sessions as the sun rises over the dramatic cliffs, followed by nourishing meals made with fresh, local ingredients. Between practices, you will have time to hike the sacred trails of Meteora, visit historic monasteries, or simply relax and absorb the serene atmosphere.

This retreat is designed for all levels, offering variations , to help each student to progress in their own pace, breath work ( pranayama) and relaxation will be offered in each session to deepen the experience, ultimately enhance wellbeing and peaceful states of mind.

• 5.45PM - 7.30PM. Yoga practice.

DAYS 2, 3, 4 (20th, 21st, 22nd)

• 8.30AM - 9AM. Pranayama session.

• 9AM - 10.30AM. Asana practice.

• 6.30PM - 8.30PM. Evening Yoga session.

DAY 5 (23rd)

• 10.30AM - 11AM. Session of relaxation and meditation.

Accommodation

You will be hosted in the Grand Meteora Hotel. Nestled at the foot of the breathtaking Meteora rock formations, just 3 kilometers from the historic center of Kalampaka. The area is renowned for its dramatic, towering rocks (some reaching up to 400 meters high) which create a unique and awe-inspiring landscape. The nearby village of Kastraki adds to the picturesque setting, offering a tranquil atmosphere at the base of these monumental rocks. Meteora, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is celebrated for its natural beauty and cultural significance, making it a must-visit destination for travelers seeking both adventure and serenity. The hotel provides an ideal base for exploring this extraordinary region.

Shared Room - 1.050,00eu  

These rates include 4 nights accommodations with brunch service, water, fruits and teas (available all day) and dinners with special vegetarian menu. It does not include transfers, bike rentals and any other internal service. You will be hosted in Grand Meteora Hotel; you can choose either a single or shared room.
